These Terms of Use govern your use of the website opticalcommercial.com and the mobile applications published by Optical Commercial International LLC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the apps, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

2. Accounts

If an app requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control. When you download an app from Google Play or the App Store, that store's terms also apply.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store. Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought through. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, belong to Optical Commercial International LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.

6. Third-party services

The Services may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Optical Commercial International LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated terms.
